Daily Sadhana + Body Reading + Adjustments
In-Person Event with Carling Harps - MUNICH, GERMANY
This workshop offers an accessible and engaging opportunity for yoga teachers and practitioners to deepen their understanding of movement and enhance their teaching approach. Over 3 days, participants will explore how to better observe, understand, and support the unique needs of each student in their practice.
Through a blend of daily practice, hands-on learning, and group collaboration, this course equips participants with tools to teach with greater empathy and precision. It’s not about rigid adjustments or perfection but about developing a thoughtful, student-centered approach to movement and support.
Course Highlights:
Daily Practice & Reflection: Begin each session with asana, pranayama, meditation, and self-reflection to connect with the student experience.
Asana Mechanics & Assessments: Dive into the relationship between how poses look and feel and learn why this distinction matters in teaching.
Body Reading Techniques: Learn to observe movement patterns, troubleshoot challenges, and support students as they are.
Personalized Adjustments: Incorporate props, verbal cues, and hands-on techniques tailored to individual proportions and needs.
Real-Time Feedback: Practice and refine skills in small-group settings with immediate feedback in a supportive environment.
The in-person workshop will be 15 hours long, with an additional 5 hours of digital content and lectures for those looking for CEU—total eligibility: 20 hours of education.
