Retreats are really special.
These are the weeks I’ve been dreaming about making happen.
Trips that bring together the community, practice, and teachers I’ve always wanted to travel with. Surrounding us with beautiful exploration, unbelievable food, lush surroundings, and belly laughter until the wee hours with brand new best friends.
These weeks are destined for realignment. a moment to reset, recalibrate, and maybe re-emerge as a more balanced, patient, full, joyous human being.
These weeks are an offering from human-to-human, a beautiful container to come back home to yourself.
Together we will practice each morning with a special intention to guide our movement and momentum throughout the week.
Spend the days relaxing by the pools, exploring with our local guides, wandering or hiking, and learning about and eating the local favorites.
Evenings include restorative yoga practice, mellow movement, meditation, sipping drinks, dancing by the moonlight, and with led self-inquiry practices to support your journey.
Friends and community make life worth living. and the yoga practice makes it infinitely easier and softer to live that sweet life. It’s really the whole thing.
